The prices quoted above are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include Jamaica’s national General Consumption Tax (GCT), which is 16.5%. This replaces the room occupancy tax.
To ensure your privacy and our first-rate service, Allspice can accommodate up to six adults for overnight, weekend, and weekly visits. In order to maintain a mature-natured environment at Allspice, children under age 13 are not allowed (unless special arrangements are made).
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Checks are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of (50%) of your stay is authorized to guarantee reservations.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 12 PM unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is 3 PM.
OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests that Allspice can accommodate overnight is six. Exceptions may be granted, by management, for children under the age of 13. Exceeding the allowed occupancy will result in a breach and default under this agreement You will be asked to leave and forfeit all rents and security.
NOTE: We can create a simple or elaborate wedding, honeymoon or birthday celebration package. Details are available upon request.
