The prices quoted above are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are also subject to Jamaica’s national General Consumption Tax (GCT), which is 16.5%.
To ensure your privacy and our first-rate service, we only rent to one party at a time. Reservations are required. Allspice can accommodate up to six adults for overnight visits. In order to maintain a mature-natured environment at Allspice, children under age 13 are not allowed.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Cash and checks are not accepted. A 50% non-refundable deposit will hold your reservation request. The balance payment schedule will be established with the traveler.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 12 PM unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is 3 PM.
OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of guests that Allspice can accommodate overnight is six. Exceptions may be granted for children under 13 may be granted by management. Exceeding the allowed occupancy will result in a breach and default under this agreement. You will be asked to leave and forfeit all rents and security.
NOTE: We can create a simple or elaborate wedding, honeymoon or birthday celebration package. Details are available upon request.
